Allow NOT IN option on dropdown filter cards

Chart Properties for a filter card allow for a few controls (multiple selections was a big win, thank you)

However, it does not allow us to show an In/Out filter, which is default feature on page filters.

If I add a dropdown filter card in App Studio, we can use it for "include" but not "exclude". The control panel is available on the right for more robust filter options, but it would be ideal if a dropdown filter card worked the exact same way as other kinds of dropdown filters instance-wide.
