Improvements to Headers in App Studio and Dashboards

I wish there were more customization for the Headers function in both AppStudio and Dashboards. Right now we are limited to a single horizontal line and I have a handful of use cases where I'd like to limit the width of the page so I can have multiple headers in a line (see example above). The ability to change the background, font, etc. would also be very useful. Lastly, vertical Spacers in AppStudio and Dashboards would be awesome.

I saw a similar post by another user back in June, but wanted to add my opinion in regards to AppStudio.
