It should be possible for Domo site admin to configure both the Computer Tier and Time Out for Jupyter https://{instance}.domo.com/admin/jupyter/users by making these configurable in the active plan default "all users" plan rather than defaulting to unlimited (or adding a new variant with configuration)

There should be a version of Active Plan that can be configured by role instead of user, so the max Compute Tier and Time Out can be configured by Role.
