Bulk Edit - Additional option for Schema Tab

Under the Bulk Edit feature, would like to see an additional radio button for "Edit Schema settings"

For the Schema tab would like to have options for

1. To update the option “Block all Schema changes” 
2.  to update the check box next to “Protect” (in column header) 

While upgrading from the older version where these options were not available, we would have to change these settings in every single job which would be time-consuming, therefore updating all jobs with few clicks would save a lot of time.
