I would like to add a read-only user setting to the chat feature of Buzz.

I am thinking of creating a chat for a QA support window. I would like all users to be able to view the chat, but I would like to limit the number of users who can ask questions.
For this reason, I would like to have a feature that allows users to set up a setting where they cannot post to the chat, but can only view it on a per-user basis.
