Add REGEX functions to Beast Mode

REGEX functions are currently supported in the MagicETL formula tiles, but not in beast mode. It would be helpful to have these added to Beast Mode.

    my team members ask for this all the time and would be a great addition for when we only need it for reporting and not at the dataset level
