Notify & Not Auto Update Workbench

There have been multiple cases where customers are unable to auto update workbench due to IT policies in updating applications.

Having the option to enable notifications for when a new update is available but not auto update would be beneficial for customers to know when new updates have been released allowing them to plan their own testing and not fall behind with the latest update.
