Freeze top cards (Filter Cards) on a dashboard

I have multiple dashboards where I have filter cards at the top. When I scroll down the filters disappear. I'd like to be able to move down to different sections of a Dashboard and be able to still see the filter cards and be able to change the filters and still stay at the current position (card) in the dashboard.

We have plans in the future to allow in App Studio to have different layout options, including freezing the top pane in a page. More to come in the future.

    This is particularly useful for a date granularity toggle which I have listed at the top of my page, but once i scroll down a few graphs on page it becomes laggy and challenging to reach the toggle located all the way at the top. It would be better to freeze pain and access toggle all throughout the dashboard.
