Option to Require Descriptions on DataFlow Versions

Domo currently supports adding descriptions to edits/versions of a DataFlow. However, these descriptions are not required and thus are often easily ignored. It would be very nice to have an option to require these descriptions on an instance-wide basis. Descriptions are absolutely critical to understanding how a DataFlow works and how it has been changed over time. Requiring them for an instance could make data governance much easier and not allow for the loss of this important information from lazy DataFlow editors. In addition, the ability to add/edit descriptions for versions after they have been run could allow MajorDomos to fill in the gaps where descriptions have otherwise gone unused.
