App Store Clarification

Can we update the App Store to show the current version of an App (and date of release for the version history) so that users are not confused by seeing version 1.0 for everything? It would also be great if we can make the App Store have buttons that reflect 'Update' instead of 'Get Trial' for clients that already have an app downloaded (i.e. not using a trial version).
