Dataflow Notes

Sometimes my dataflows are bit more in depth than what I would like to put into a Description box on it.

I know we can add notes to individual tiles in a dataflow, but it'd be nice to be able to add a sticky note or text box somewhere within a dataflow, not connected to anything, to add more notes.

This would also be helpful if the dataflow is still in progress of being built, or being added on to, to notate what's been accomplished, what still needs to be accomplished, any roadblocks that need to be worked through as well as a giving the opportunity for a bigger overview of what all is being captured within the dataflow.
