Add Saving Features for Publication Group Users

We have filtered views which we share with customers via Domo Publication Groups. Those users would like to reduce manual efforts on their side by creating and saving page filters (similar to page filters for regular user accounts) and being able to create filtered scheduled reports which can be emailed to themselves.

This would increase the usability of our publication groups without having to build out custom views for each customer.
