Add the ability for data conversions inside of Dataset View Unions

Sometimes data types in different datasets will change. These datasets are apart of unions which causes and issue. It would be nice to be able to go into the Union, see the error, and then convert a string field (holds a date) to a date field to match the data type of other fields that it is matched with.
