Lock editing account details unless password is also entered

When changing account details for a Snowflake Federated account, an error can occur if the password isn't entered into the form every time and saved with the new details.

When you open the form for the first time, the password is presented as ****** for security reasons. If you make a change to, for example, the warehouse, and click connect, the dataset will return blank results.

This is due to the password for the account being saved as blank, or *******. This can cause further issues when the account keeps retrying with an incorrect password and gets locked out.

If it's necessary to enter the password into this form every single time you make a change to any other field, the validation on the form should be changed to reflect this limitation. Currently, it's possible to do the above without any warnings from the Edit Account form.
