Filter the Search on Idea Exchange

Please add the functionality to filter search results to just ideas. If I am searching in the idea exchange, it currently shows everything, which makes it extremely hard to ensure the idea I have doesn't exist before posting it. The functionality already exists for some other filters like conversations, so this should be easy.
