Start and End Date Filter Card

Right now, there's is no Filter card available for Start and End (Between) dates. You can only have this particular option as a Quick Filter within a card but not an actual Filter card.

This makes date range selection hard to implement for a dashboard view when you operate the filters using cards (there are specific reasons why some users would not want to enable page filters turned on - so the only option to do date filters is via Filter Cards)
