Histogram Bin Values

I would like the ability to define the ranges of the bins for a histogram.

For example, I want to know how many reps are above 100% of their sales goals. But I don't care how many are at 150%, or whatever the max value is, I just want to know that x number of reps are above y value. I then want to define the bin values myself so that I can see how many reps are going to hit different pay out ratios.

I can do this by creating a beastmode that labels their performance and then creating a bar chart with that beastmode on the x-axis, but I would prefer to accomplish this with a histogram.
