Bullet Card Hover Setting Enhancements

I find the bullet card type very useful to show targets vs actuals. However, the hover text properties don't align with the fields that are available so it doesn't allow you to show the target and actual values together when you hover over a row. Normally, I would add the field I want to add to the hover as a tooltip field. However, the tooltips are disabled on this chart type and not selectable as a macro.

Please add the ability to show both the target value and actual value in a single hover either by adding tooltip functionality or as explicit macros (target and actual).
