Graphing Time Stamps - can graph MM:SS

We are looking for a way to visualize time in a MM:SS format. Generally, we are looking to graph times under 10 minutes. Currently, we are able to graph seconds but seconds are much more difficult to interpret than a time stamp.
It would be ideal if the sec_to_time function could be graphed.
Another thought would be to be able to use the sec_to_time function within the data label itself, so that the graph can be an integer, but can show a MM:SS format.
Our specific use case is tracking our the speed of our drive-thru as well as the time it takes to make it through each station in the kitchen.
