I would like to have the option to place the data labels at the outside of a bar. What I mean by this is that I would want to see the label below a bar if the bar is negative, and above the bar if the bar was positive. Currently we have to select either above or below, but I would like to see both.
I would also like to be able to make the negative numbers show up in red.
