Set Reporting Relationships via API

After viewing some of the cool new features of the Mr. Roboto AI/ML tools at #DP19 it was noted that the algorythym uses the reporting relationships in Domo (Org Chart) to determine what insights might be relevant. With over 500 users in a dynamic organization, managing these relationships can be daunting. It would be great if these reporting relatinships could be set/updated via the Users API endpoint. THis would allow us to leverage our HRIS system as the source of truth and sync changes to Domo.
