Date Annotation - no longer working

We recently upgraded from trial to professional version, but we seem to have lost the new Date Annotation feature. Is this enabled on all instances? I can't find anything in the Dojo.

    You need to be using a graph with a date field on an axis.  You also need to make sure that the "disable annotations" chart property is not checked:1.png
