I've put together a Composer-compatible library for using the new Domo Data API:

At the moment it can call all the underlying API methods, and has 1 simplified function for creating a new dataset based on a CSV file on disk.
I've noted on Dojo that the API currently doesn't seem to support updating or deleting datasets.
The next things I'm going to build into this library:
- Replacing an existing dataset with a CSV file
- Exporting a dataset as a CSV file
