Hi @John_Bridges , If the dimension is a filter you can add that. Is that what you're trying to do?
-
Hi @Stephanie_Price , I made you a video on how I would approach this and it's very possible: I had to make some assumptions like @ST_-Superman-_ was asking, but I think we got it.
-
@John_Whited As a fellow John with an H I would love to be friends!!! Also, I have courses on Domo so feel free to signup for a free 14 day trial:
-
Hi @John_Whited , First, love meeting other Johns with an H in their name. Jon's are untrustworthy. Second, I made a quick video for you with a possible solution:
-
@pauljames oh okay! I think there is a way to do an automated report if you can hit the Walmart merchant center
-
Hi @pauljames , So all the grocery company reporting sites are pretty bad. I've done this with Walmart and I think we had to do manual copying and pasting each week. There are some other options, but I think you need a Merchant ID.
-
Hi @shreeyab , How are you gathering the inputs of when an incident happens?
-
@JasonAltenburg , we need to sync up regarding Domo for Good!
-
I'm so honored!! @GrantStowell I keep my thin figure by only eating and breathing Domo.
-
@hunter_brown , Feel free to schedule some time. Might be easier just to see what you're working with than back and forth messaging:
-
Hi @Victoria_G1 , so you'll need a new formula that says "Case when (formula you have above)='None' Then 1 else 0 end and then you can sum those 1's.
-
Hi @hunter_brown , Oh okay helps a bit more. For append, can you choose "include all columns" instead of "create transaction type (CC)" and see what that does to your numbers?
-
Hi @hunter_brown , I tried to follow, but it's a bit hard without as much context: Feel free to book 30 with me and I can see if I can help:
-
Hmm no problem @Abe , If you all ever need, I teach a course on how to use Domo: Feel free to book 30 with me if you want to show me what you're trying to do:
-
Hi @Abe , So this is going to be tough if every column is a date. You really need to have one column as date and then you can do some pivot action. I'd recommend doing these steps: Do a dynamic unpivot to put all the dates in one row Then you can write a formula to do some like case when datediff(curdate,date_entered) ⇐ 5…
-
Hi @Abe , Can you send a screenshot?
-
@davidwong , Feel free to schedule 30 sometime with me and we can see if we can find a solution:
-
Hmm yeah I don't think this chart is going to work for you because of the stagnant color. However if you use the bullet chart, you can set different goals per item. So that way you can see if something passes the goal or not. It's an option: You can see horizontal bullet charts on this page I made
-
@emmanuelfabre_1 Glad we got it to work! Great to talk today.
-
Hi @Patricia_Zavisky , You just have to go to General under Chart Properties and go to Hide columns and select the column number your formula is in. So I'd suggest making that your first column and just choosing to hide column 1 I made a video for you showing how to do this: Let me know if it works
-
Hi @pauljames , So I work with a lot of different clients that have different orgs and we use HR data for things like having a pulse on employee tenure, anniversaries. They use Harvest too to look at time logged vs capacity. One client was a list of hospitals so we also used it to see termination trends. Happy to talk shop…
-
@Victoria_G1 , You're trying to show the range of data in a dataset?
-
@emmanuelfabre_1 , It could be by date. If you want, feel free to book 30 with me and we can look at this together: Link to my schedule is above
-
Hi @VictorLuiz , Just making sure, your dates are dates and not datetimes right? So if you go to the dataset that powers these cards, is that column DateTime a date or does it show hours and minutes too? That might be the issue for the 2nd question. I think I need to see more about the 1st question to understand.
-
Hi @Jbrorby , So the timezone in Admin is different from the timezone used to pull in data. Go ahead and change the admin timezone to central. As for datasets, you can change that in scheduling and while the displayed default is in UTC, you'll see CST right next to it so I just put all my dataset updates in CST. Made a…
-
@emmanuelfabre_1 , So I hope this helps, but may need to see what you're seeing to better understand: Also here is that google sheet with list of Google IDs per state name:
-
@Victoria_G1 Here are a couple ways to replace that blank: Let me know if that makes sense!
-
@GrantSmith , Thanks so much my friend. I am not strong at APIs so we have an API Key, but we get stuck from there on how to entering that key and getting some data back. We just need someone technical. If you have ability, would you be willing to help me out? We may need only 10 min

Ha…should I be a life guard? I'm just here to rescue. More video answers at dashboarddudes.com/pantry

@A_Benincasa, You need to do something called "Rank". Just made a quick video for you
