I want to export CSV data in SJIS.
Converting UTF-8 to SJIS every time is a pain. I want to specify the character encoding in the settings. Activity log, dataset export, etc. Note: Datasets can also be exported in Excel, but Excel cannot export data for more than 10,000 items, so they must be exported in CSV.
