I currently have 4 tickets open with support about different errors we are getting with the Add-In. All of which have been labled as bugs. No ETA on the fix going live for any of them. The combination of all these 4 bugs makes it extremely difficult to use.

We are having a lot of issues with the Add-In. Has anyone gotten an update on what is causing these issues? We use these tool a lot for reporting and it putting us at a huge road-block with it not working properly
