If it's not recursive when last did dataflow run? That's the only reason I can think of aside from a transform within the dataflow excluding 2022 data and thus preventing the changes that have been made to 2022 data from appearing in the dataflow output.
-
What is your exact formula and what error did you receive? If date_column is order date, then you can just use order_date in all of your transforms - you don't need to create a separate table. If the date_column is from a different table, please past your formula + error
-
Is the discrep possibly due to timezones?
-
Do you see the changes reflected in the 3 different flows powering your redshift dataflow? Were these changes to existing columns or did these changes result in new columns needing to be added? Does the date filter encompass the full date range affected by the recent changes? It sounds like your dataflow is recursive.…

@ScottLeeds if you aggregate the sum again as in Grant's formula does that give you your rank back? sum(sum(1)) over (order by (beast mode formula)desc)
-
Domostats Dataset Schema, Domostats Dataset schema with tags, Domo Governance - Datasets, all contain a row count for datasets. You can join any of these with the Domostats dataflow input or dataflow output connector based on dataset id to get a total of the rows associated with any given dataflow.
-
You probably want: sum(1) over (order by (beast mode formula)desc) otherwise it will rank the lowest score 1st rather than last.
-
@ScottLeeds you can copy the score beast mode and paste it into Grant's formula. sum(1) over (order by (paste your beastmode here enclosed in parenthesis)) Also, make sure you have card interactions set up on the lead card so that the rank card knows to update with the salesman clicked on in that card.

You'd need to first create a blank dashboard page called "Card Exports" or something like that, then go to the "Admin" module—>"Cards" section, select all the cards on these dashboards (filter first by dashboard name then select all cards) add all the cards to the "Card Exports" dashboard, convert the "Card Exports"…

Grant has several tutorials on converting a concatenated string back to a numeric value:
-
Your sorting is showing up as a string. Try changing your beast mode to = 1 if it's currently = '1'. If that doesn't work you may need to apply some aggregation in your beastmode bucketing or on the sort column to get the data to roll up in the correct bucket.
-
Not seeing a way to do this with the office plugin but you can bulk export all cards on a page using the export to powerpoint option in the below screenshot. If it's a dashboard, you may first have to convert it to a standard page depending on how your cards are sized on the dashboard. I recommend saving a copy of the…

To reconcile your timezone in Domo with that of Salesforce or any other platform whenever there's a difference, the convert_tz function is best and works in magic etl, sql dataflows, and beastmode: convert_tz(`time_column`,'FROM_timezone', 'TO_timezone' e.g.: convert_tz(`mydatetimecolumn`, 'PST', 'US/Central')
-
Using your orders table, you can create a date table via a case statement like case when date_column >= min(order_date) and date_column < = max(order_date) then date_column Also highly recommend checking out the domo dimensions calendar table in the app store to see if that meets your need.

Try the connector called Alpha Vantage Stock FX and Crypto Stats
-
Make sure you're using one of the lat/long map types. Sounds like you may want the route one.
-
Good tip @IanMaddrell - I was missing the query, too
-
Try case when `Chat ID` is not null then avg(AVG(`Chat Duration`) FIXED (BY `Chat ID`)) when `Call ID` is not null then avg(AVG(`Call Duration`) FIXED (BY `Call ID`)) end

@Dverdon between variables and filters configured on the drill card I thought we could could implement the above but unfortunately it looks like the drill card will always initially default to what was selected on the parent card. Training them to remove the >25% option along the top of the drill view, or removing the…
-
@Samuel. same for me, actually😫 I can somewhat get around the repeating by changing the font size to the "largest" option, then rotating the values and changing the position to outside top in data label settings but not sure if that works as well with percentages as it does with the 7+ digit numbers in my card.
-
In card analyzer, you can click on "Tooltips" at the top to activate these options on your card and then drag the actual value column you want displayed in your data label settings into the "Tooltip 1" field. In your data label settings, choose tooltip 1 so that only this value shows.
-
You can create a drill card showing the chart you want rather than relying on the default drill path which will always adhere to the filters imposed on the main card. Click the wrench then choose the "edit drill path" option. Click the trash can on the 2nd level to remove the default view, then choose "add a view" and…

You can create a variable that won't clutter up your dataset but you'd have to explicitly list each customer name in the variable and regularly update the variable as customer names are added, deleted, or modified.
-
You don't have to add a new field to the dataset via the etl, but you'll need to add a new beastmode to the dataset at the card level. On a card where the column is called "customer_name_full", create a beastmode called "name_full" and in the editor section of the beastmode double click the "customer_name_full" column.…

Yes, refreshing page has always worked to bring the tabs back but for me, the issue reoccurs the next time I view a dataset. I don't remember if I've cleared temps and cookies since Oct, though. Hopefully doing so will be the trick to resolve this all together. I've too many tabs open to do that right now, though.😅
-
Yes please keep me posted @Jmoreno It's nice to know I'm not the only one experiencing this
-
The tabs disappear for me, too, when I'm on my tiny laptop or tablet. Both devices only have screen sizes between 11-14 inches. You can play with the display settings on your device to see if that gets the tabs to consistently display, but the only way I can get the tabs back myself is by refreshing page whenever I notice…
-
Those tabs become inaccessible if the dataset hasn't been accessed in a while. If you scroll all the way down you should see the option to reactivate the full functionality of the dataset:
-
Hopefully you've been able to resolve this by now. Looks like the connector was updated on 11/1 so Domo support will be your best option for debugging this issue if you're still experiencing it. In the meantime, make sure the configuration options on your server haven't changed. Worst case scenario you can pull the data in…
-
This only works if the dataset isn't the output from a dataflow, irrespective of recursion. So basically you can retrieve lost data via the history tab on any raw connector from the appstore, jupyter connectors, workbench connectors, etc. Also, restoring a dataflow to a previous version and re-running the dataflow only…
