Not sure if an artificial limit exists though it wouldn't surprise me, but the amount is large, I just added like 50 no problem. Do you have a use case of havingso many that you might hit a limit?

Hi, Unfortunately to my knowledge Quickbooks doesn't have API's setup to gain access to custom reports in Quickbooks. I too use the on premise Quickbooks and Workbench connection and ran into this exact thing. You have to use what is available OR what you need to do is from the custom report in Quickbooks export it out as…

Was hoping to avoid another dataset but this does work, will go with that for now, thanks

Do you have a page that is setup for company wide access? You could put it on that. I believe the Default group in Domo adds everyone in the org and you could add that group to the page. You should also be able to add this group to the card individually.
-
Hmmmm that wasn't my experience. I was logged into Domo in a different tab already and when I embedded the card on a web page when I went to the page I already had access to it without having to log in again which I assume would mean that in your use case one login would be good enough. After logging in via one card have…

Some thoughts that come to mind. Student Address Information * Card of towns each student is from. Grades: * Avg grade of students by teacher * Avg grade of students by grade (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc) School Systems/misc: * Food items ordered during lunch * Cost of lunch monthly * Fundraising dollars earned by event *…

Have you succesfully run these jobs in the past or is this a new dataset?

Can you give a screenshot of the columns and the data? I don't have experience with that connector so I'm wondering if a column exists that specifies a name or ID or something we can differentiate on and then you could either use that to filter on the whole card and set a different card per Page OR have 1 card where the…

If you're looking for one card to see who accessed it you can just see it at the bottom of the screen when looking at the card in full view. If you want to see all the cards someone is looking at do it from their profile.

See if this helps: https://dojo.domo.com/t5/New-to-Domo-and-Admin-questions/set-fiscal-year/td-p/12355

Hmmm I thought the default behavior was that it would do as you expect although I don't append anything myself I full replace so I haven't experienced that. \ Can you give some insight into the type of data you're trying to append and how you have it setup now? Some other questions that may offer some insight:…

Maybe someone has a better solution than this suggestion (or maybe something that could go to the idea exchange) but you could use Personalized Data Permission (PDP) I believe. Ex. Set up a group that consists of all users in Domo (besides Admins) and set a policy that says they don't have access to any of the data. It's…

Can you provide a screenshot and perhaps the columns available? (In edit view). Would perhaps setting a maximum of a target that it generally never gets to (150%?) and a goal of 100, then use the color difference above/below goal value to make whatever is over 100% a different color? If not you could still at least see…

Hopefully someone on the Domo team can help out here, I'm unsure. It doesn't appear so.

Unfortunately I haven't dabbled enough in MySQL to answer for sure, maybe someone else can come along and offer their experience

How fast does that number grow? In 1 year will it be 450k or 1million+? Just trying to get a range. As long as your not going over your API limit in Salesforce and you set it to import early enough that it's done by when you need to use the data I don't see too much issue with a full replace as long as it won't jump to…

What kind of sorting do you have set? Domo Colors are based on Series, so when you set it up you get Series 1 = green, Series 2 = Blue, Series 3 = Red. So if you sort from count high to low on day one Series 1 is first and shows as green just like you wanted. Tomorrow the acount of Series 2 is now the highest, which means…

What is your data structure like? Do you have a SOQL select statement so I can see what you grab? Ex. I have a separate Dataset per object in Salesforce (Cases, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc, etc). I do a full replace each time. My largest object is cases (130k+ rows). Basically I'm trying to see if you can…

Is the only way to backup Domo configurations (Dataflows, data select statements, etc) via Developer API? Is that even possible through that?
-
As much as I am a "Try and do it in Domo" guy I wonder if this is better suited in the tool it's coming from. What application is this data coming from?
-
I can't confirm as I haven't done it but I doubt it. It wouldn't dare change names of any of your fields. Can you provide an example of your data selection for a given dataset?
-
What do you mean?

If the data isn't included in the graph I don't believe you can have that as a data label. See if you can alter the graph in a way to include transaction counts in it that you can then use to visually see the count. Option: Line + Bar Graph. X = department Y - avg age of open trans Line (above the bars) shows total…
-
Hmmm not sure I fully grasp what you mean. The X axis contains date data which wouldn't have a %. Are you saying you want one line from left to right to add up to 100%? So like the breakdown shows that of the total January had X%, Februaru had Y%, and through June that should add to 100%?

I do not know this feature to exist, it might be outside the scope of Domo slightly (but who knows if they will expand to do that). Are they all Domo users? Maybe someone else knows something more

Intersting, it seems to differ depending on the screen you were on when exporting. Example 1: When viewing a page hover in top right and click dropdown wrench for a card (do not open the card in full view). Click to Send/Export as PowerPoint. Open it up and it will NOT have the date range Example 2: Click on the same card…

Do you get the same thing as me where the scheduled one sometimes fails but if you manually run it it works?

Lately my Email Messages object dataset from Salesforce has been failing. Are you a Salesforce Admin as well? Can you check your API usage to make sure it's not going above any sort of cutoff threshold? Found at…

In user group today in NY it doesn't seem like something that exists but I think mentioned they would jot a note down about it

Saved, thanks
