The contextual alert option is out now which is great! However I cannot share alerts to individuals if the PDP policies only use groups. We assign users to groups and then establish the PDP policies for each group. Typically a group is at a department level or higher, but team leads would like to set up their own alerts…

Does anyone know if this was never addressed? I am running into a similar situation.
-
Is there a new way to do this now? I no longer see that option in the app menu. the page has since been deleted and no longer shows up in the admin sections but remains when selecting "Already installed at your company"

Thanks for the response Dani. I am an admin but I don't see any options anywhere to transfer ownership of a scehduled report. Seems like the only solution so far is to recreate the report, unless I am missing something.

Not quite, there curently is no solution to offer dynamic scaling based off the dataset in Domo.
-
Found a few post on it just now in the Idea Center, thank you for pointing that our DaniBoy. I see the posting in there says it has been implemented. I guess my question will change to requesting a status update, I will post it there.

Is anyone aware if this will be a future functionality? -Emilio

ohh neat, had not noticed scrolling down was an option. However that did not fix anything on the chart.
-
I don't see a log scale option in that section.

@andrewnemrow, I have the same question. The data set doesn't look like it should be forcing a zero but it is. This is the card in reference: https://frontpoint.domo.com/kpis/details/1116677504 Emilio

Thank you for the help. Solution: The solution was to set the card as a stacked bar type. Create two beast mode calcuations, one for the positive values and a second for the negative values. i.e. Negative Value = CASE WHEN (SUM(`Sales`) - SUM (`Sales Forecast`)) < 0 THEN SUM(`Sales`) - SUM (`Sales Forecast`) END…

Thanks Godiepe, that worked. I see the difference between both options now. I was confused when using the thousands separator in the summary numbers. -Emilio

Hi cderose, Let me make sure I am understanding this correctly. As an example on 8/1/2016 you want to display all the data from 7/1/2016 - 7/31/2016. But on 8/2/2016, you want to only display data start with 8/1/2016. Moreover you want only one (1) months worth of data in the card at a time? Emilio

It has been released already. If you do not see it there you may want to reach out to support. It is located under the Company Settings tab in hte Admin Page, called Week Display. Some have had to save the setting twice in order for it to work. You can reference this thread:…

@trawayMMC I just undid the setting and re set it. It's now working, thank you for the help!
-
Thank you @trawayMMC, is this option working for you? I made the changes earlier but it did not affect any of the charts. Maybe I should open a ticket with support. Emilio
-
Is this still the solution offered or does anyone know if Domo has rolled out any functionality allowing to display weekend dates rather than the number of the week?
-
Found the issue, thanks to Nathan WAshburn with Domo. There were a bunch of corrupted files in C:\Windows\TEMP\DomoCache\. Once deleted the problem went away.

@JeredU - Here is a full log of an error message. I'd have to agree that it seems to be a network issue, just can't ping point it. [INFO] [15064:1] 2016-06-02 00:15:24,394 - Starting Workbench.DataCollector v4.0.5891.36387 [INFO] [15064:1] 2016-06-02 00:15:25,481 - [domain:frontpoint.domo.com][job:20] Saving the Workbench…

@kshah008 Will do, it was just recently escalated.

Thank you @kshah008

@mdelorey Correct! When the total number of sales for any given day is equal to or greater than the total number of sales forecasted for the day, I'd like for an alert to be triggered. The catch is that the total number forecasted for a day changes everyday, therefore we can't hardcode a number to meet or excced. I had…

Thank you for your reply @cmarkum. I attempted to set the reload times at 30min intervals and received the same results. After your feedback I attempted to start the reloads at multiple starting points within the hour block, again same results. Unfortunately, the error message is not very explicit in normal terms. I've…
