Thanks @GrantSmith for the response. I did use an ETL to generate those two new columns. Can you elaborate on what I should do? I am just hitting a wall on thinking this through. Do you mean I should create a column that only includes the greater than 0 rows for each? I suppose that would make sense.

Navigate to custom report and look under traffic sources. Check: Ad Content > content Campaign Keyword > term Medium Source

This is a really cool solution and it does work! Thanks! One issue for me is that I have to export these as PowerPoint slides. But your solution still works for this: in my Data Label Settings I set Text to include the tooltip as well, so now the time displays above each of the bars
