  • @GrantSmith It's working now. I tried my left join again and it turns out I don't have to use a Formula tile or any String Operations tile. Thank you so much for your response. Appreciate it.

  • Yes, it's the email only. I've checked the length of the emails using the formula tile and they are with the same length as well.
