Hi Grant, thanks! yes I used the colour rules on the group e.g.Live Service, EPMO evolution but it does not change the colour of the items. The items could change each week

Thanks but I don't think that quite answers my question - I need the gauge to update depending on the week selected in week begin date filter at the top of the dashboard.

Apologies, doing this would mean that the user will not be able to see the data for the previous months, I require the latest month to be displayed also allowing the user to navigate back and see data for older months.

Thanks so much for your quick response, maybe I should have been slightly clearer in my question. My file has multiple duplicate rows with the same date, so for example 20/09/23 could appear 4 times. I would like to keep the row for each date that has the maximum batch_id.
