Hi @GrantSmith - the SQL dataflow I referred to actually currently happens AFTER the ETL. But I am not opposed to adding one in between the raw data and the ETL if that could fix it! They do indeed but since they are a vendor of a vendor I was hoping to avoid having to go down that route, but with this confirmed I'll get that process. Thanks for your help Grant!

Thanks Grant. I see what you mean. I was assuming the "report"/"download" terms were based on the link text, not the URL. The link from the email does indeed contain the word download, but the link on the page that then opens is a javascript command "loadURL()".
