Okay that worked! Major kudos to you Mark.
-
The first screenshot was using a single value card just to show you the latest date is February 13 2023. I adjusted the sorting to descending (which you had initially prescribed) and it actually pushed the date back to April 1 2022.
-
The first screenshot is just a single value pulling the maximum date. This is the final result:
-
Yeah, I followed your instructions and it isn't working. Surely there has to be a simpler way to do this, right???? This is so ridiculous.
-
This isn't working... I'm getting April 1 2022 when the latest date I have is a few days ago... Is there something you updated in teh Change Value Options that might impact this? I notice you made a change in there based on your screenshot.
-
Thanks, how would I schedule it to run when the last dataset is updated each day?
-
I tried the formula you provided and am still getting the same results.
-
I tried this... and it isn't working. COUNT(DISTINCT case when `URL without UTM` like 'https://climate.emerson.com/en-us/sustainability/heat-pump-technology' then `USER_PSEUDO_ID` end) / (COUNT(DISTINCT case when `URL without UTM` like 'https://climate.emerson.com/en-us/sustainability/heat-pump-technology' then…
-
This looks like it be a solution... but I don't know how to get it to work.... 'Visitors' is a beastmode calculation: COUNT(DISTINCT case when `URL without UTM` like 'https://climate.emerson.com/en-us/sustainability/heat-pump-technology' then `USER_PSEUDO_ID` end) How would you incorporate that into your proposed formula?
-
Thanks Grant. Yeah, I ended up going that route... it's certainly not ideal though... :-( First, I have to have an extra column in there... and then when I filter by values in the other columns, it throws off the color alternating...
-
@GrantSmith or anyone... can you explain how to get to the "CLI"...? I'm not familiar with this and have a dataset in which I need to drop a column (it's causing parsing issues and won't allow me to open with ETLs).
-
so I checked another dataset I exclusively own and sure enough, I was able to do what you suggested, @MarkSnodgrass So, maybe the fact that multiple people own this dataset is preventing me from editing the tags... which is just odd.
-
Let me correct myself... I am a co-owner of the dataset and also have admin access... so not sure why I'm not seeing what you appear to have.
-
oh you know... maybe its because I don't own the dataset....?
-
I don't see 3 existing dots. It doesn't appear to allow me to do any type of editing on it.
-
Nothing happens....
-
-
-
so I'd have to create a count(distinct) for each and every column>?
-
Is there a way though to export this data out so I don't have to go trhough and manually type in each one?
-
Oh sweeeet. Is this a new functionality?
-
Thank you. Would that also remove spaces? so '10 / 20' would be '1020'
-
is there a way to just delete these posts?
-
Disregard... I figured this out.
-
When you say UI, are you referring to the history for the ETL? If so, when I do, it says all steps successful and completed... The overall ETL states the End Time was 11:05 AM. But the resulting dataset didn't get refreshed until 1:33 PM.
-
thanks... I do notice though, the 'like' gets highlighted purple, but not the 'not'.... is that okay?
-
Thank you! Is there a way to have commas inserted for large numbers exceeding 999?
-
The other filter is propertly filtering out the data less than or equal to 6/30/22. I've had this same issue with others...
-
thanks guys!
