@LearningNinja - Editing the TTL on an existing federated connection should clear the cache.
-
Hi @LearningNinja! The cache for federated queries will save the query results for a specific query for up to 24 hours (this is the TTL mechanism and is configurable by user) Cache is stored at the query level on card queries, and only caches query results. Because this cache is at the query level, if multiple users view…

@DatAIBrain can you share the support case number? I'll look into this from my end.
-
@DatAIBrain - Have you logged a case with Domo Support for this yet? This sounds like something that Domo Engineering may need to look at.
-
Hey @zaclingen_fwm, Have you run a "GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES" command for your user after you saw this error in Domo, but are still seeing this error? Two ideas here: 1. You could ensure that your user has the [SELECT, READ VOLUME, USE SCHEMAS] privileges on all of the schemas in the that catalog. see here: . I'm not sure if…

@RacquelBeer @GrantSmith - the new Workbench Enterprise feature (currently in beta) can be a great solution here: Workbench Enterprise is a web-based alternative to our existing on-prem Workbench solution that includes powerful new capabilities. FEATURES Multi-user access to your pool of Workbench jobs Web-based—allows for…

@ArborRose I can confirm that this is a bug that will be fixed in an release in the next couple weeks.
-
@NWolf @ArborRose - can you tell me more about your use case? Are you trying to make bulk changes for all datasets so that they start running at the same time? Is this a time savings thing, or more thing where you are trying to orchestrate all points of your data pipeline to be in sync?
-
@MichelleH this is an interesting suggestion. My first thought, like you mentioned in your initial post, was that some combination of dataset tags can be saved as a "favorite filter." Though I agree this feels a bit hacky. You can definitely use tags in this way, but I agree that a dedicated "favorite datasets" option…

@rockchalk629 can you tell me more about your use case? I'd love to know when you would like to move only a small selection of cards, vs move all the cards on the dataset.
-
I love this idea!
-
Hi all - this issue has been resolved, and when using Domo to create new tables in Snowflake those Snowflake tables will now reflect the name of the DataSet from Domo.
-
Hey @akeating - thank you so much for the input. And I 100% agree with you that this makes a lot of sense. I'll add this to our roadmap.
-
@mberkeley @ST_-Superman-_ - The upcoming Filter Exceptions beta works slightly differently than the use case described above. Filter Exceptions allow you to choose whether or not a card will respond to certain types of filters. It's more of an "all or nothing" approach. Meaning you can set up a card to ignore all page…
-
Hi @Cartergan - This is a great suggestion, and I can say that you aren’t the only one that has requested something similar. We recently released some enhancements to beta that allow tables to be scrollable from the page level without going into the card details. There are a couple of new table types that support this,…
-
Hi all - we are close to releasing a beta version of filters that will allow you to create and save combinations of filters + values into any number of personalized filter views that can be shared on the page. This will give you considerably more flexibility to easily switch context between multiple filter views, as well…

Hi all, In response to some timeout issues that we had been seeing with the Mongo DB Connector, we upgraded the driver version of the connector and that resolved some of the issues. If you are still seeing timeout issues with the Mongo DB Connector, I would encourage you to open a ticket with Domo Support, and then we can…
-
@user03643 Around that same time, we fixed a bug that sometimes resulted in only pulling back the first page of data, so if you are seeing less data there might be something else going on. Have you logged a bug for this with Domo Support and do you have a ticket number? I can follow up with Support and see where this ended…

@jpereira, it sounds like you were able to power up the Budgeting for Facebook Ads app successfully. As far as measuring purchases that come from Facebook (I'm assuming that this means sales that came as a result of clicking on a Facebook ad), the Facebook Ads Quickstart and Budgeting For Facebook Ads apps will only tell…
-
@jpereira After hitting "try it" did the cards freeze on the sample data loading phase, or after you had input your Facebook Ads credentials? It is possible that the card is still just trying to load, some datasets take longer to power up in Domo than others. If it was after you input your credentials, it's possible that…
