The admin one requires a special request, but I did get. It's not quite the elegant solution I was hoping for within DOMO, but it will work for when I have to add bulk permissions.
-
I will request the admin version of that. Thanks.

I'm revisiting this because I've continued to builed datasets that have the exact same PDP settings as previous datasets, and I still don't see a way to copy the settings from one dataset to another. Does this exist or do I have to continue recreating the wheel on every dataset?

YES!! Thank you so much, this is exactly what I was trying to do, just couldn't quite it right.
-
Thank you! For some reason, Outlook was not marked as the default client. It works now.

That's what i was afraid of, which means users could rely on a card that's "certified" but is not correct. I was hoping that certifying meant the underlying data was also certified.
-
I'm going to jump on this bandwagon. I also have a table card that won't show all data. Having to export completely defeats having Domo. I could just email an excel file.

I think this is a big old nevermind. I don't think we're using Social Users correctly.

That does help, but we do have the ability to delete those pages under the group settings. As we role Domo out, we want them to only access exactly what we want them to see. I had assumed that if we had the ability to delete them, then they wouldn't show. If that's not correct, we can work with it.

I'm going to revive this since I haven't been able to find a more current thread, but Jim is correct, this isn't a solution. Has there been any progress with forcing a dataflow to run on a schedule, even if the underlying dataset hasn't changed?
-
Okay, thanks for the suggestions though, much appreciated.

I tried that, but I can't use the formatted in the calculation as they are formatted as text. This is the beast mode calculation: CONCAT( '$' ,round((sum(case when `Period` = 'CurrentYear' then `SellSideVolume`+`ListSideVolume` else 0 end)-sum(case when `Period` = 'PriorYear' then `SellSideVolume`+`ListSideVolume` else 0…

I have a beast mode that changes the summary number to read as a change in period over period, it wasn't originally written by me. It will show the "Summary Number" as "$136949581 -- 10.46% YTD Change from Prior Year", but I want the commas in the number. I can't use the format function in the beast mode, and I can't use…

Thanks, but that didn't quite work. It did convert the value to two decimal places with a comma, but it also converted it to a text value, instead of numeric, and that broke my card.

No, straight into final data grid view. I'm pretty sure I have the box checked, but I will check again.

Yes, I manually changed the users password to something really easy. He was able to successfully log in to IE with no issues, but couldn't log in to Chrome.
-
The issue is logging in to Domo. I can try and get a screenshot, but the message is states it is an incorrect login or password.

I'm going to take this one step further. We had a dataset with PDP on it, and a user setup as Participant. The user couldn't see the data on the card shared with them because of PDP. Updated PDP to allow that user, which seemed to override the Participant setting and allowed the user to create and edit cards.
