@mkozai, thanks for the response on how you solved a similar problem; haven't received anything yet on how this might be donw with a beast mode, and will likely forward your resolution along to our Engineering Team to see if it's something that they can get to work on the back end for our situation. Have a great day!

@Marc_H, column E was actually added to transform seconds into minutes, but yes, the tiem elapsed is available to a degree but as pointed out an agent won't ALWAYS go from Offline to On a Call, at times going into one of a handful of statuses such as WORKING OFFLINE, WORKING CHATS, etc. and then go available to take a…

Thanks for the reply, @ST_-Superman-_. The image example basically shows 3 days of data for an agent (Thur, Fri, & Mon). Each night they go "offline" until the start of their next shift, at which time they go into "available" status, waiting for a call to come in. Once the call arrives, they go into "on a call" status.…

@ST_-Superman-_, thanks for the response and suggestion. We're going to request our Engineering team review and look into applying the solution you mentioned to see if it's feasible as I'm unable to access existing dataflows, SQL, etc. that are marked private as this one is. We appreciate your assistance along…

Thanks for the response, @ST_-Superman-_. See the attached Excel sheet, has all columns we're using along with a single row of data (the count of unique customer phone#'s is using CustomerPhoneNumber) - hope this helps, and appreciate any insight you can provide!

Good morning, Darius, sorry for the late response; unfortunately, that didn't seem to work either (result in screenshot, similar to what we've seen previously). From your experience and the goal communicated in the thread, 1) is what we're hoping to accomplish even possible and 2) can we do so using a funnel chart or would…

@ST_-Superman-_ - I was so focused on the hack that I never thought to look further into the Scale Marker; that's EXACTLY what we're looking for, thanks so much Scott!

Submitted a request for a variation on this very helpful hack, and the URL is https://dojo.domo.com/t5/Card-Building/Variation-on-adding-Multiple-Targets-in-a-chart/m-p/29694#M3544. if it's possible, any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance...

Hey Brandon, thanks for the reply. Tried the beast mode provided but unable to get it to work (it does validate). Screenshots embeded below showing results prior to and after using updated calculation in FUNNEL SECTION NAME and FUNNEL SECTION VALUE, as well as links to both the Funnel Graph and Table cards. Appreciate your…

Since we haven't had any suggestions or feeedback to this point we're going to do a table instead even though it's not what we really wanted for this metric; however, if it can provide the data we need organized in a manner that we can benefit from then we'll try.

Any ideas at all?

Thanks for the clarification, @Godzilla, much appreciated!
-
@Godzilla, tried to change 'No Variance' to '' (empty single quotes) as well as '0' (numeric) to make it so both returned a numeric value rather than a string & numeric value, but neither worked. @RGranada, your alternate solution worked perfectly, thank you for that! Once last question: by removing No Variance and keeping…

Yes, Josh, that does make sense and it's pretty much what we figured would have to be done! Let me ask you this: I'm still pretty new to Domo and really wouldn't know where to begin with a Beast Mode for this particular issue; is it something that you or anyone else could get us started on, then I'd be able to play around…
-
Hey Josh. I apologize if the question wasn't clear, it's confusing to say the least but what we're looking to do is different than simply changing the color rules on a drill path, we already do that and it's a great feature! What we'd like to do, if it's possible, is to be able to change the color rules for any given Quick…

Since this post had initially disappaeared from the board after an edit, it was reposted shortly after and the solution provided was acceptable so this request can be closed/marked solved. Please see https://dojo.domo.com/t5/Card-Building/Hide-Series-from-the-Legend-when-NOT-null/m-p/28070#M3308. Thanks...

UPDATE: we changed the color rules order, and while it's not exactly as we'd like it did eliminate the additional label from the legend and is much closer to what we'd like than it was before! Thanks again for your help, JHL, we're going to leave as is at this time so I'll mark this as resolved. Disregard... Unfortunately…
-
I'm not seeing the option to select "contains any" in either of the existing color rules that are set? Can you provide an image of where you're seeing this on your end? Thank you!
-
No color rule anywhere else ont he dataset (as a general rule we only set rules for the card being worked on, not all cards associated with the dataset), and from what I can tell this is not related to the color rules at all
-
JHL, thanks for responding. See the color rules image below, we only have the two (2) setup, the other appears to be coming direct from the SERIES column - whenever we change verbiage in the label (dropdown), it changes what's in the legend to the right for that specific oneand that's what we'd like to remove/hide if at…

I know this thread was solved over a year ago but I'm new to Domo and had a question about this. Once I click "New Collection" nothing seems to happen; should there be some type of prompt to name that collection, or anything else that would let me know it's being created or has the feature been disabled? Thanks!
