  • What do you mean by a trailing white space? Open capacity is a calculated field: ((Visits Agreed Upon-Billable activities)/Visits Agreed Upon). Essentially it's taking the columns "contracted" minus billable activities over contracted.

  • Thank you, both. A follow-up question, since I have goals through the quarter - will all of these methods show the goal for future months in the quarter? I'm not sure I've seen 'forward looking' data yet.
