Yes, that's correct. My 'quota' (which below is the "visits agreed upon" column) is always going to be associated with the current week (10/28 below); however, I need it to align with the other weeks. Is there a way to do this without using append?

What do you mean by a trailing white space? Open capacity is a calculated field: ((Visits Agreed Upon-Billable activities)/Visits Agreed Upon). Essentially it's taking the columns "contracted" minus billable activities over contracted.

Thank you, both. A follow-up question, since I have goals through the quarter - will all of these methods show the goal for future months in the quarter? I'm not sure I've seen 'forward looking' data yet.
