Hi @michelleH - thanks for your responses. I can't seem to get total rows and columns to use the same aggregation and I've tried your formula (thank you) but it's still not right (same result as before actually). I'll tinker around with it. Thanks again.

This is been very useful by the way @rco. Thank you very much indeed.

Thanks very much indeed @rco - going to try this shortly. Will let you know how I get on. Really appreciate it.

Thank you! Once I have this column sorted @rco how would you advise filtering on its results with an in-dashboard filter? so, for example: if a row has the data string 'Volvo, Porsche, Austin' and I want to filter all rows that 'contain' 'Porsche' using a drop down that has all car manufacturers on it - how would I do…

Thanks @GrantSmith I've got that flow but am having trouble with the configuration somewhere. I'll continue to play around with it - I'm on the right track. Thanks very much indeed.

Thanks both. @jessdoe I love this idea and it'll work for other problems I have but not this one. Thanks anyway. @GrantSmith I think I follow but could you give me a little more detail please? Thanks so much.

Is this still an issue? I'm relatively new to Domo and amazed this isn't easier. It could be achieved in the 'Group By' tile. There's already 'Combine strings separated by ,' Could @domo add 'Combine unique strings separated by ,' ?

Hi Marcel. Thanks so much for thinking hard about this. It's been a public holiday today in the UK so I'm only just looking at it this evening and can see I need tomorrow morning's fresh eyes (and mind on it). I think I understand what you're doing though and that does seem the simplest solution. I'll wrap my head around…

Yeah - I've seen that option. How many would I need if I want to give dashboard users the option to do 7day, 30day, 90day, 180day and 360day rolling averages? 5? Also: with your earlier solution and with the Rank & Window option, would it matter if days (typically Saturdays and Sundays) are missing? Thank you, again.

Can you put a variable inside the %s? So: CASE WHEN fieldname LIKE '%'variable a'%' THEN 'Self-Service' ELSE 'Something else'

Thanks so much, Mark. I had wanted to let users slide from 7 to 365 but I'll have to do it in pretty large steps otherwise I'll be writing that out until Christmas! I can't believe there isn't an ETL solution or beast mode that's easier. Crazy as it's something most people want to see. Thanks again. Charlie

Thanks Grant. Appreciate the quick response: You first option only works if the user knows what value option to use and they won't always know The second option ends up returning the same person several times if (for example) they speak French, German and Russian and the values entered were 'French', 'German' and…
