Card Alerts

I'm working on setting up some alerts, however i can only choose the card summary number to set the alert up on. I've watched the tutorials online and they show that you can set alerts up on multiple card variables. 

Does anyone know how i can set the alerts up on multiple variables for one card?

    @aroberthumes I think it depends on the card type. I have noticed a table card will only let you do the summary number but many other chart types (like a bar graph) will let you choose specific fields or calculations.
