Bar chart with Fluid Target

Im trying to add a fluid target line from a column in the dataflow to a bar chart.  It seems I have the choice of adding a target and losing my series, or vice versa.  Is there a way I can do both?  I have tried line bar, grouped bar, and a few others but still cant get the result im looking for.

    Personally, I love using the bullet chart for this - you can set a target from a value in your datatset.
