Can't use the contact support page

Hi,

 

The support contact page doesn't work. There is no way to submit anything.

As anyone exprienced it?

    I believe I have run into this issue when it didn't know what Domo instance I was associated with. If you didn't already, log into your domo instance and then navigate to the help center and then click on support. I am seeing my open support tickets right now when I go there, so I believe it is having trouble authenticating you.

  • As @MarkSnodgrass suggested please logout and login to Domo then navigate via "?" to help center then Support.

  • @DaniBoy @MarkSnodgrass  once on my domo page, i tried the "?" then "suppprt " and its the same. I also tired via "more', help center and support. Both way it doesn't work.
