conditional formatting text in single value gauge

Hello is it possible to format the font colour in the single value gauge to represent variances between metrics? I imagine that this uses beast mode and I don't want to use the comparative gauge as the arrow is not needed....unless there is a way to suppress the arrow. Many thanks Guy

You can use the color rules feature to change the color for the single value. Here's a link to the KB article if you haven't used it before.
