Sometimes Email Dataset can not get the data sent from email

We set the Email dataset to get data through sending attachment csv file.

but we found sometimes the dataset can get the file data but sometimes can not.

The setting is ok for we have test it and it works but why the data not be sent to domo side?

    For this week, it works normal but we still want to know why and to make sure it will not happen any more.

    what kind of information do I need to give for the check?
