how to aggregate data based on month or week

rather than day wise bar graph i want month wise or week wise bar graph on a given data (i mean each bar should contain weeks data or months data) how o create this type of caluculated fields

any fast response is much appriciated

    Whenever you create a Bar graph. Use date on X- Axis. and values on Y axis.

    On the right top corner you will see a calender with a drop down. Click on it and choose graph by week or month.
