Get KPI Id by API

We are using the Domo Everywhere (embedded) function with a large number of cards. I'd like to find a way to efficiently get the kpid for these cards programmatically so the UI where we expose these cards can be easily kept up-to-date.

 

Any advice here? 

Do you plan on offering a card API?

 

We are also using the Domo Publish feature (aka 'orchestration', in beta) - and would like to maintain the kpid from the master instance to child instances - can this be done?
