unable to add new support ticket on domo support.

Hi team,

I am trying to add new ticket on domo support but there is now 'New' button available there to add our issue. could you please help me for how to raise a support ticket.

    Hi, I suggest contacting your account rep. I can see the button on my Support page, which makes me think this is not a site issue. Good luck!
