Broken Trend Chart With No Data

I am using a Monthly Trend chart, and because one month has no data, the line is broken and does not go to 0 connected. Is there a way to make the chart show 0 for the months that do not have data?

I have tried beast mode, dataflow with a calendar dataset left outer join, and it does not resolve the problem for some reason. I still see the gap.

    @Vova Can you please share the details of how you set up the calendar dataset join?

    I have learned what I did wrong. Even though I did join the calendar, I had to add Group BY to the data to correctly count the number of items per day so that the chart can show 0 if I had no items in a month. I will mark my question as resolved.
