Let me create an alert when a connector runs but updates 0 rows

When I have data issues, a good symptomn is that my connector runs successfully, but no rows are updated.

There isn't a straightforward way to generate an alert that fires if my connector runs and updates no rows.

Having such an alert would make it much easier to diagnose where my issues are coming from.
