Ability to filter based on logged in user

I know this has been requested for YEARS, so it should not be a surprise.

It would be very beneficial to be able to filter cards based on the user who is viewing the card. PDP is great for making sure that people CAN'T see what they are not supposed to, but it doesn't cover when you want them to be able to see everything, but have views where this is filtered to just them.

Having the ability to filter to apply certain PDP rules at the card level would help, particularly when there are multiple rules which apply to some users, and the card need to focus on a subset.
